At EWIH, I look forward to working with a team of strong females whose shared purpose is to create an inclusive space for women in healthcare. As a research coordinator, I aim to bridge the gaps of gender inequalities through knowledge sharing. I hope to present research as a tool to dismantle gender disparities and encourage strong female leaderships in this field.
